Part blog and part magazine, its premise is to give voice to those people – surfers, shapers, writers, artists, filmmakers and photographers — who quietly keep surf culture alive. Our mission is to highlight the rich, vibrant diversity of the world wide surfing community.

Liquid Salt Magazine was created from scratch by Sakamoto Studio and is a textbook example of social media marketing. Starting with the concept and working through the details of inception, design, deployment, and marketing – Liquid Salt has gained an impressive following in little under a year, with a fan base of over 47,000 followers on Facebook.
